Have you looked at the Bobblehead photograph? In addition to catering and the small restaurant Crazy George also has a small seafood market as part of his business. I've yet to buy any seafood from him, but I will probably get some crawfish when they come back in season in the spring. There's nothing like 5 or 10 pounds of fresh crawfish along with some cajun corn! A few years ago my good friend Art had a surprise birthday party and our other friend Bill came back from Biloxi with 90 pounds of live crawfish and many dozen ears of corn. Seems as though I remember a couple of kegs of beer being involved also. We feasted and partied for a good portion of that Saturday!
