I assume that this is a steetside memorial to the victim of an accident on this city street, but I know no details. I always associate this photograph with Memorial Day since the photograph was taken on that day.

As an aside, the date above is pulled from the metadata of when the negative was scanned. I'm not sure exactly what date Memorial Day fell on in 2010, but that was the date that the photograph was taken.
