This old pottery barn is on the Richland/Kershaw County line between Columbia and Camden, South Carolina on U.S. Hwy. 1 which once was the primary travel route from the top point of Maine to the Florida Keys. This was, of course, before the construction of the interstate highway system and I remember driving by this old building hundreds of times when I was a young boy, but we never stopped for any reason. I finally stopped in the building for the first time several years ago and now it is not much more than a small flea market type store.
