BBQ restaurants are very common everywhere in the south and each region has its own tradition in smoking techniques as well as the sauces used to enhance the flavors. Unfortunately, Fat Daddy's BBQ seems not to have met the taste test and sometime after this photograph was taken the building was torn down to make way for another business on this heavily trafficked road.
